Peter Woodbury, MSW received his undergraduate degree in psychology from Harvard University in Cambridge, Massachusetts and his master’s degree in social work from Boston University. He trained in hypnotherapy and past-life regression techniques with Dr. Brian Weiss, Dr. Allen Chips, and Dan Brown, PhD.

Peter is in private practice as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist in Virginia Beach, Virginia with a focus on the use of spirituality and faith as tools for personal transformation and liberation.

A student of the Cayce readings for over 20 years, he is a popular presenter on key topics from the Cayce readings both at A.R.E. Headquarters and in the field. Fluent in three languages, he is also known for his outstanding leadership of A.R.E. tours to South America, India, and Egypt. He also finds time to play Edgar Cayce in the popular one-man show titled “An Evening with Edgar Cayce.”

Workshop Description:

In this workshop, Cayce expert, Peter Woodbury will discuss his Cayce centered technique called "Soul Contact". Peter has been developing and now teaching this technique for 15 years and helping individuals and groups make the transition from the everyday ego consciousness into the deeper subconscious Soul Mind.  

Cayce talked about how we are actually two selves - a finite ego self - that is born and will pass, and has largely forgotten it's divine heritage, and the subconscious infinite Soul Self, which is the storehouse of all we have ever been and will be.  He will discuss how we are living in the prophesied time of The Revelation: The end of secrecy and how there is nothing hidden that shall not be revealed.

Peter will be putting these unique times into perspective and showing us, through Cayce's predictions, that the veil has never been thinner for reaching into Soul Consciousness for more enlightened living.  There will be, of course, the opportunity to practice this method as a group.
