Dear Workshop Participant,

This letter confirms your registration for the one-day A.R.E. workshop with John Van Auken, to be held in Nashville, TN on Saturday, April 29, 2023. 

Please plan to arrive about 15-30 minutes prior to the workshop start time of 9 a.m. to insure you have plenty of time to park, check-in and be seated before the event begins. It is recommended that you bring a sweater or light jacket, as room temperatures at the venue sometimes fluctuate.

The workshop lunch break will be from Noon to 1:00 p.m. You may bring your lunch, if so desired, or choose to go to one of the restaurants in the area which is within a short driving distance. A list of available restaurants will be provided in your workshop packet. There will also be light snacks, coffee, tea and water available during the morning and afternoon sessions.

Time:               9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

                          At-door check in and registration/book tables open at 8:30 a.m.

Meal break:   Noon to 1:00 p.m. (A list of restaurants within driving distance will be provided.)
